We have a solution for you! Our Exchange Program is created for you with aim to take the stress out of selling your property in the UK, by exchanging with one of our selected properties (we have a number of ready to move in properties available), which will save you both time and money.
We will consider any UK property types and locations after valuation (no obligation on your part), even the mortgaged properties. Each case will be reviewed individually. There are only a few obligatory criteria for the UK property:
▪ Property in the UK should be of equal or lower value than the property in Cyprus
▪ Property should be freehold, or leasehold with a very long lease
▪ Property must be easy to be rented out
If Hadjidemosthenous property that you wish to exchange with here in Cyprus is more expensive than your UK property, 70% of the value of the Cyprus property can be arranged through a bank in Cyprus. Or you may get a loan on the Cyprus property to re-pay your mortgage on the UK property.

3. Upon agreement on the value of your property, we will advice you on the Cyprus properties we may offer, according to your budget and needs.
4. We will both enter into an agreement, provided that you are also satisfied with the property offered and the financial arrangements.

Last week my wife and I came over to Pafos to finalise the handing over of our new apartment which has just been completed by G & V Hadjidemosthenous Ltd at Tala Riviera. This, as you no doubt know, involves sorting the water supply, electrics, insurance etc. Then of course there is the task of obtaining furniture.
