Trips are 3-4 days, normally Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday. They consist of flights and 4-star hotel accommodation ( Aquamare beach Hotel & Spa), transfer from and to the airport, all for only £250 Sterling per couple.

During your trip our Sales Executive will devote time to you on a one to one basis, showing you relevant properties from our extensive range of apartments, townhouses, villas and bungalows. This can include both off plan projects and places that ready to move into. All are at realistic prices and offer fantastic value for money.
Purchasing the property is stress free. As soon as you see the property that is right for you, you will be able to reserve it immediately, usually by a safe credit/debit card transaction (Visa/MasterCard) of 2000-4000 Euro (depending on the property value). This will take the property off the market and more importantly, fix the price.
You can then be introduced to an independent lawyer, who will explain all aspects of the legal system in respect of purchasing property here in Cyprus and will arrange for contracts to be drawn up.
We require a 20-30% deposit on the full purchase price of the property as an initial payment, the remainder of which (minus the 4000 Euro) will need to be paid within 30 days of reservation. The balance can be paid by mortgage if required, which we will arrange for you.
