G&V Hadjidemosthenous Ltd, being member of The Association of International Property Professionals, welcome Mark Sharp from Key Housing affordable home developers (UK) who has replaced Paul Owen as the new Chief Executive of AIPP.
Mark Sharp's research interests are in Built Asset Management, Process Modelling and Innovative MMC. He also sits on various sector boards and has international board membership of the CIB, whilst also associated with various professional institutions culminating in his Professorship at the University of Salford.
Chair of the AIPP Board, Lindsay Hopkins, stated:
“We are very excited about this new era for the AIPP. Mark is a highly regarded professional who will lead the Association into its next phase. Today consumers confidence in the AIPP is at its highest level. As showed independent survey of consumers that was held at the latest A Place In the Sun Live property show in London, 91% of buyers feel more secure if a company is a Member of AIPP.

Last week my wife and I came over to Pafos to finalise the handing over of our new apartment which has just been completed by G & V Hadjidemosthenous Ltd at Tala Riviera. This, as you no doubt know, involves sorting the water supply, electrics, insurance etc. Then of course there is the task of obtaining furniture. All in all a fair amount of work to be done and work that can be quite time consuming and even troublesome if someone is not familiar with Cyprus.
However, we were looked after by Philippa Herodotou in the customer service department. She was brilliant. Patient, informative and helpful. She made the whole process run smoothly and easily and is a real credit to the company...
