Through the years the Hadjidemosthenous Group of companies have been a major sponsor and supporter of various philanthropic organizations of Pafos - Cyprus.
Giving back to the community has always been a high priority on our list. In 2007 we have organized in our offices a blood donation which was proven to be very successful due to the good will and kind hearts of our staff and associates. A total of 73 bottles of blood was collected for those in need of blood, the highest of all other participating companies of Pafos in this event.
Among other Philanthropic Organizations, we have always been the major supporter of the Relatives and Friends of Anticancer Association of Pafos, the Association of Relatives and Friends of people with substance dependants of Cyprus, the Police Anti-drug department (YKAN).
In our continuous efforts to provide for our clients well being as well and because it is known and proven that Cancer Prevention is very important, we have now organized with the co-operation of St. George Clinic in Pafos and the services of Dr. Efstathios Efstathiou (Gynecologist), to offer to our women clients the chance to get a Pap Test (smear test) including an Ultra Sound examination, for only €30 (both examinations worth about €80. This means that Hadjidemosthenous Group will cover for the rest of the cost.
