Long term rent conditions

Properties are available for a minimum period of 12 months. For unfurnished properties one month advanced payment plus 1 month security are required. For furnished rental properties security is equal to two months rent. Some of the unfurnished villas & apartments can be furnished on request (it will obviously reflect on the price). Communal expenses are included in the price unless it is specified otherwise.
